Domaine Ostertag, Pinot Noir Fronholz is a red wine made from Pinot Noir by Domaine Ostertag in Alsace (France).
The red wines of Domaine Ostertag are the epitome of Alsatian Pinot Noir aristocracy, fine and mineral, but with volume and structure.
100% of the vines have been cultivated following biodynamic principles since 1998, with respect and understanding of the surrounding wildlife and flora. The domaine team pays particular attention to soil and ecosystem changes. Always keeping in mind a protective approach, the Ostertag family chooses barrels made of Vosges wood that highlight the regional territories. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, the wine is not filtered and the sulphur content is minimal.
