Bocarte a la Cazuela Don Bocarte is made in a traditional, artisan way in the Cantabrian town of Santoña from anchovies caught sustainably in the Cantabrian Sea and fried in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli, wine vinegar, white wine, paprika, parsley and salt, all natural ingredients that provide an exquisite flavour to this gourmet fish preserve made by Don Bocarte.
