Dyc 15 Años Single Malt Tasting Note:
Appearance: Deep amber colour with golden and copper reflections, evidence of its long maturation time.
Nose: Rich and enveloping aromas of honey, vanilla and caramel, complemented by notes of dried fruits such as almonds and walnuts, as well as a touch of toasted wood and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves.
Palate: Silky and elegant on the palate, with intense flavours of toffee, sweet malt and ripe fruits such as apple and pear. The touch of oak adds a spicy and slightly smoky profile. The finish is long, warm and persistent, with nuances of cocoa and a soft touch of wood.
