Tasting notes of Dyc 8 Years:
Appearance: Warm amber colour with golden highlights that reflect its maturation time in the barrel.
Nose: Complex aromas of caramel, vanilla and wood, accompanied by spicy notes such as cloves and cinnamon, with a touch of ripe fruit and a slightly smoky background.
Mouth: On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with flavours of caramel, toffee and dried fruits such as raisins and nuts. The oak adds a subtle spicy touch and a long, warm and slightly sweet finish, with nuances of toasted wood.
