Tasting note The aeronaut
The Aeronauta is bright yellow and clean. Atypical white, endowed with an unusual complexity. Notes of white flowers interlaced with citrus and creamy touches from the lees. Intense, medium-bodied, glyceric and silky texture derived from its ageing on Lees. Good structure long wine of potent acidity.
