Description
White wine The dry Malvasia faucet Collection is a dry white wine D.O. Lanzarote in the It is clearly highlighted the variety of volcanic malvasia grape with which it is elaborated.
It is elaborated with rigorously selected grape of the Finca the tap and of parcels of other collaborating winegrowers. After the fermentation, the wine remains in its lees to preserve fruit and its varietal specificity. It is subsequently clarified, filtered and bottled.
This wine is perfectly mixed with all kinds of fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
Tasting note of the dry Malvasia faucet
The dry Malvasia collection tap is a pale yellow colour with greenish and steely hues. Clean and shiny. On the nose dominates the varietal character of the Malvasia. Tropical fruits and white flowers.
In the mouth it is fresh, long, unctuous, with a broad and harmonious finish.
