Description
Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay is a young white wine of the D.O. Alicante elaborated by Bodegas Mendoza with variety 100% Chardonnay of vineyards located in the Cabezo of the Virgin of Villena.
Fermenting at low temperatures, it stays in contact with its yeasts and lees until bottling.
Tasting notes of Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay
Enrique Mendoza Chardonnay is a straw-yellow colour with golden and greenish reflections.
On the nose it brings back memories of hay, nuts such as hazelnut and ripe tropical fruits such as plantain and pineapple. Light and fine aromas of bread crust and pastries.
In the mouth it is persistent, fatty, ripe and with good balance.
