Description
Moscatel de la Marina, a sweet Alicante wine that is made from a sustainable cultivation of Muscat grapes from Alexandria. After the harvest and destemming, the wort is macera at low temperature with the skins to obtain maximum extraction. It is applied the technique of header of the must, which consists of adding alcohol wine that stops the fermentation, obtaining the desired level of sugars.

Tasting in sight:
Light straw-yellow colour of medium intensity, with greenish reflections. Uniform tear.
Tasting on the nose:
A clean, medium-intensity nose dominated by tropical and citrus fruit aromas accompanied by floral and herbaceous notes and menthol memories. Interesting mineral and saline touches.
Tasting in the mouth:
Sweet white wine very juicy and fresh. Very pleasant, unctuous and vibrant acidity. Long, persistent finish. A suggestive wine, round and greedy.
