Case Tasting Note 3 Cava Tantum Ergo
Tantum Ergo Pinot Noir: Pale pink Color. The nose is powerful, high intensity, remembering aromas of red fruits mixed with nuts and a light touch of vanilla toast. In the mouth is ample, with creamy touch, remembered the skin of the ripe cherry on a light aroma of vanilla and spices. Balanced acidity and very long finish.
Tantum Ergo Chardonnay: Colour: Intense golden yellow. On the nose it has a very high intensity, recalling aromas of ripe white fruit, with nuances of pastries and nuts with a light vanilla background. In the mouth is powerful, creamy, with a lot of breadth and complexity in the mouth that gives a very long finish and balanced acidity.
