Fantastique Rosé is a rosé wine made by Château Sainte Marguerite in Côtes de Provence from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle.

Since 1955, Château Sainte Marguerite has been one of the 18 prestigious classified vintages of Provence. 45 years of excellence and passion in the service of an exceptional vineyard.

A unique Cuvée, the perfect expression of Château Sainte Marguerite's sensitivity and precision. It is a wine of great gastronomic quality produced in very small quantities. It is a fantastic blend of Grenache, Rolle and Cinsault, a perfect balance of aromas and sensations. The rosé that best represents Provence, sweet and refreshing, fine and elegant, pleasantly fruity.

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and undergo a cold maceration of the skins. Vinification at controlled temperature and rigorous selection of the best vats. Ageing on fine lees.

Tasting notes for Fantastique Rosé

Ideally balanced between fruity fragrances of peach, raspberry, sloe and savoury notes of guava peel, papaya and grapefruit.

On the palate, fascinating citrus notes lead harmoniously to a lingering, juicy finish. Perfect accompaniment to lobster, sea urchin or Asian dishes.

Pairs deliciously with truffle risotto, lobster or enjoyed alone watching the sunset.
