This wine is a single varietal Pedro Ximénez grape. After the harvest, the grapes that Fernando de Castilla Classic PX uses go through the soleo method, a traditional technique that serves to increase its alcoholic content and sweetness, until they are raisined.

Velvety and unctuous. Good acidity, which mitigates the sweetness. Long and tasty finish.
Dense ebony colour with abundant tears. Notes of dried fruit and honey aromas. Touches of toast on the finish.
