Fernet Branca is a bitter Italian founded in 1845, its clean and unmistakable flavor is the result of a secret formula, wisely maintained for five generations. Fernet Branca is made from the combination of 27 plants and spices. It was matured in oak barrels for 12 months, which confers its marked character. The production process is complex and includes different types of maceration.

Fernet Branca has a light brown color with amber reflections. At first you can see the bitterness of the Colombo and the Aloes and, later, the unmistakable notes of the gentian.
