FEW Barrel gin presents a variant of their London dry gin aged in ex-bourbon barrels. In this way, the gin is infused with typical profiles of oak and bourbon. Few Barrel features subtle hints of fennel and spices, while a smoky smoothness from the charred barrel permeates the juniper, this cask distillate tastes like gin but has the maturity and complexity of a bourbon.
