Description
Finca Las Caraballas is a white wine made with Verdejo grapes. The ecological elaboration of the CARABALLAS wines responds to a form of quality oenology based on the evolution of the characteristics of the grape, using as technological auxiliaries the most harmless and close to the grape. This white wheel is the future of the real Verdejo. Modernity and tradition are assembled in an author Verdejo.
Finca Las Caraballas Tasting Note
Finca Las Caraballas is clean and bright, yellow in color and slightly greenish reflections. Abundant and fine tear.
Intense, complex nose with a lot of finesse. Background of apricot and passion fruit. There are also citrus notes that bring freshness in the aroma, as well as notes to herbs such as basil.
In the mouth has a direct attack and tasty, fresh, medium-bodied, good structure, unctuous, much travel and persistent, with a slight bitterness very subtle.
