Description
Finca Las Caraballas Equilibrio is an organic white wine made from Verdejo grapes from the Castilla y León region by the Finca Las Caraballas winery.
This single varietal wine is made from vines grown at high altitude and aged for a long time in oak barrels. Own vineyards located in the Las Caraballas estate in the municipality of Medina del Campo, at an altitude of between 700 and 750 metres above sea level, in an environment of Castilian plains and pine forest.
Finca las Caraballas Equilibrio is a wine of great power, balance, persistence and structure. Ideal with seafood, cheese or foie, and excellent with sweet flavours such as jams or chocolate.

Finca Las Caraballas Equilibrio has a golden yellow colour, bright and with abundant and fine tears.
Intense, complex and elegant nose. It seduces with its spicy, balsamic and amontillada notes and its aniseed and herbaceous hints.
On the palate it shows great personality, voluminous, unctuous and elegant. It exhibits aromatic power, vibrant acidity and a broad, persistent aftertaste.
