Description
Finca Las Caraballas Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine V.T. Castilla y León DEVELOPED by Finca las Caraballas. From the organic cultivation of 2.5 hectares of vineyards, located in Medina del Campo (Valladolid).
Early harvest looking for a moderate alcoholic graduation and above all an excellent acidity as well as the freshest aromas of this variety. Some of the big ones involved in the project are birds of prey. Eagles and Hawks: the Guardians of Caraballas.
Its imposing presence is one of the pillars in the biological control of pests. They cover an important ecological niche and help maintain the natural balance of the vineyard. Birds of prey had to represent this ecological Sauvignon, a fresh and aromatic varietal, with an herbaceous background and flowers and green fruits such as citrus, pear and plantain.
Tasting notes of Finca Las Caraballas Sauvignon Blanc
Finca Las Caraballas Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow with slight greenish tones, very bright. On the nose, it displays exuberant aromas, predominating the aromas of pear and plantain on a very elegant and floral herbaceous background with memories of chamomile and Tila. With a very pleasant palate, a very balanced acidity and a fresh and fruity finish that invites another drink.
