Faithful reflection of the earth From the organic cultivation of 2.5 hectares of vineyard, located in Medina del Campo (Valladolid).
Early harvest looking for a moderate alcohol content and above all an excellent acidity as well as the freshest aromas of this variety.
Tasting Notes Organic Sauvignon Pale yellow with slight greenish tones, very bright.
On the nose it displays exuberant aromas, with pear and banana aromas prevailing over a very elegant and floral herbaceous background with hints of chamomile and lime.
With a very pleasant palate, a very balanced acidity and a fresh and fruity finish that invites you to another drink.
