Description
Vetus flower is a bull with a powerful structure, a wine that always shows the fruit in the foreground, which is accompanied by a wide range of notes of aging (chocolate, toffee...), always subtle and result of a good work with wood , and also floral, in the form of subtle perfume, and even a touch of minerality. It is a modern, pleasant, pleasurable wine, a wine that can be enjoyed immediately.
Vetus Flower Tasting Note
Vetus flower is dark cherry colour with purplish hues. Clean and shiny, it has an abundant glyceric load, slightly tinted.
Nose of medium-high intensity in which the fruit is clearly dominant. Red fruits, currants, blackberries, and black berries leave the way to balsamic, spices and lactic notes. Background, soft toast.
In the mouth it is powerful and fresh at the same time, marked by a high load of fruit that is quite dessert. It has a good acidity and a high tannic sensation, with a medium body, it is a red wine that is kind and greedy. Long end, right persistence.
