Description
Fortant Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine made in The Pays D'Oc area, France.
For its elaboration it is harvested at night to maintain the freshness. Each batch of vineyards is fermented separately. After 4 days before fermentation, it is macera cold with a bright color and silky tannins.
