Description

Four Roses Small Batch is made by a completely artisanal process, in which the master distiller selects four bourbons made with different proportions of Corn, Rye or Barley, and with different yeast strains for fermentation. They are then distilled separately and aged separately in American oak casks. Finally, each of them is blended together to produce the blend.

Four Roses Small Batch offers a sweet aroma with hints of maple syrup, peach and apricot. On the palate, it has a sweet flavour with a mild hint of spice, accompanied by woody notes that enhance its aromatic profile.
