Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs is a Grand Cru champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes by the Maison Franck Bonville in Champagne.
It is probably the one that best represents the style of the House of Bonville. The constancy of the coupage is achieved with some reserve wines and a long ageing in the cellars.
It shows perfectly their idea of a Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs: a lot of finesse and elegance, a beautiful minerality wrapped in softness.
