Gavi dei Gavi, known as the symbol of excellence of La Scolca worldwide, is an extraordinary and sophisticated wine that reflects the unique identity of its place of origin. The Soldati family, renowned for its signature "G Soldati G", has stamped its seal of quality on this magnificent creation.

This exquisite wine is made with Cortese grapes from vineyards over 60 years old. With 90 years of experience in winemaking techniques, the Scolca family has succeeded in creating a wine that transcends time and remains a reference in its category. Cold fermentation and partial maceration on the skins contribute to its complexity and distinctive character. The "sur lie" refining process continues until bottling, which further enhances its qualities.

Gavi dei Gavi La Scolca Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow in colour with subtle greenish hues, its intense and persistent aroma evolves over time from initial fruity notes to floral tones. The flavour is full-bodied and savoury, with hints of flint, almond and walnut on the finish.
