Description

The production process of this Authentic Rural Gin is carried out in a rural environment, using meticulously selected botanicals from Calabria.

The main ingredients of this gin are juniper and PGI lemons from Rocca Imperiale. One of the highlights of its production is the filtering phase, which is done in a rudimentary way through a simple linen cloth, thus preserving its original colour. In its "torbate" version, a pleasant smoky flavour is achieved by burning the juniper with peat from the Sila.
