Description
Brecon Gin Special Reserve is a Welsh reserve gin obtained by fivefold traditional batch distillation, with a single copper still, designed by Dr. David Faraday.
The botanicals used are juniper, orange and lemon rind, coriander, liquorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica and Florence Root.
This gin is manufactured with a formula that dates back more than one hundred years by Penderyn Destillery
Brecon Special Reserve Gin Tasting Note
Brecon Special Reserve Gin is crystalline and clean, light-bodied, not particularly aromatic, although the juniper, herbs and citrus are perceived. With a very balanced taste, it is slightly sweet with very well integrated alcohol.
