Gin Monkey Tasting Notes
Monkey 47 has a light color. Its aroma is exotic and complex, highlighting notes of blueberries, fresh currants, and a menthol and balsamic nuance. On the palate, it offers a savory and rich experience, with flavors of angelica and iris roots, culminating in a long, lingering, herbaceous finish. It has a well-balanced slight bitterness and nutty nuances.
