Description
This gin is made using aromatic ingredients typical of the Mediterranean and follows the characteristic London Dry Gin process.
The nine botanicals used in its production are: juniper with delicate piney aromas, coriander with its penetrating fragrance from Bulgaria, lemon peel and bitter orange peel from Spain to add a fresh citrus note, angelica seeds and root from Belgium with menthol notes, sweet cassia from the Philippines, complex liquorice from China and finally orris or iris root powder from Italy, highly valued for its digestive properties and for acting as a fixative of the gin's aromas.
