Description
Sakari Shukugawa Gin has been brewed in Hyogo, Japan, for over 130 years. In this country, they benefit from the perfect combination of rice and water, which guarantees exceptional quality. This gin pays homage to the local Shukugawa River, which has a length of 4.1 km, and for this reason, it is bottled at 41% alcoholic volume.
Sakari Shukugawa Gin fuses the unmistakable taste of sake with the careful selection of Japanese botanicals. Sakari Gin is distilled using Sake Kasu, which is the paste resulting from pressing rice for sake brewing. In addition, sugi, which is the Japanese cedar traditionally used in the manufacture of Sakari barrels, is also part of the botanicals present in this gin. The gin is vegetarian, gluten-free and preservative-free.
