After having dinner in one of the best restaurants in the world, two entrepreneurs and friends digesting the evening enjoying a Gin & Tonic when they wondered why there was no gin in accordance with the gastronomic level of Barcelona. Said and done. First they had to surround themselves with talent: they put together a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist and a perfumer. They tried hundreds of recipes until, after a long sip, someone exclaimed: this one! This is the spirit of Barcelona.

GINRAW is produced under a unique process that combines traditional systems with the latest gastronomic techniques distilling at low temperature with the Rotaval.
