Description

Glann Ar Mor is a single malt with character, sculpted by its terroir of origin: the winds and ageing by the sea (from which it takes its name), for Glann Ar Mor means "Sea".

Slowly distilled in two small onion-shaped stills, each component finds its place in the aromatic palette. The result is a remarkable balance that distinguishes Glann Ar Mor, in the eyes and especially in the nose of seasoned aficionados.

After ageing in Bourbon casks, this peat-free single malt is bottled at 46%. Its classic expression is called Glann Ar Mor.

Distilled from an ancient barley variety called "Maris Otter Barley", Glann Ar Mor is a gourmet and aromatic single malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose: On the nose, we distinguish real elegance (honey and toffee) with a saline and iodised touch.

Palate: Reveals itself on the palate, mingling with notes of apricot and sweet spices.
