Description

Gorvia Blanco is a white wine from the Quinta da Muradella winery, with Monterrei Denomination of Origin, made from 100% Doña Blanca grapes.
Gorvia Blanco is a single varietal wine from a small plot of old vines with a limited production. Vinification is carried out in a traditional manner and with little intervention.
The grapes are destemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation takes place in 500L used oak barrels and ageing in 300L barrels for 8 months.

Gorvia Blanco Tasting Notes

Colour: Straw-coloured with golden reflections.
Nose: Intense. The minerality stands out over the white fruit together with dried fruits and floral hints.
Palate: Fresh, silky. Some hints of wood. Long and persistent.
