Description
Gran Codorníu Chardonnay is the faithful reflection of a grape and a terroir. The best expression of the Chardonnay grape from the oldest vineyards Codorníu. The fruit notes are highlighted in this cava. Its magnificent structure has its origin in the fermentation in contact with oak from its base wines and in the ageing for more than 15 months.
Tasting notes of Gran Codorniu Chardonnay
GRAN Codorniu Chardonnay is pale yellow with golden reflections, clean and shiny. Of thin bubble forming continuous rosaries and a persistent crown in time.
In the nose there are soft notes of toast, interspersed with spring fruits on a brioche bottom and nuts from the rearing on Lias. Great aromatic amplitude.
On the palate It is wide, complex, balanced and creamy.
