The prestigious Poli distillery is an artisanal project exclusively owned by the Poli family, founded in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most typical region for grappa production.

This young Grappa comes from the distillation of a grape pomace cuvée typical of the Bassano del Grappa area. Poli Bassano Classica aims to be a timeless Grappa, reminiscent of the aroma of freshly distilled pomace on the palate.
