Description

Guímaro Finca Pombeiras is a red wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra made by Adega Guímaro with Caíño red, Garnacha, Mencía and Souson.

Its predecessor vintage fell short of the mythical 100 Parker points. The great wine of the winery, the one that most faithfully represents the terroir that characterizes the Ribeira Sacra. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

Just over 600 bottles are made from Guímaro Finca Pombeiras.

Dark cherry red color.

Delicate and elegant aromas. Black fruit, scrub herbs, licorice, spices, floral notes.

In the mouth it is a fresh, smooth and fruity wine. Floral, mineral. Great balance between tannins and acidity.
