Description
Guímaro Old Vines is a white wine of the D.O. Ribeira Sacra made by Bodega Guímaro based on vineyards with more than 70 years, this old vines is a wine of limited production from which the Bodega Guímaro only produces a thousand bottles.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in used casks and aged on their fine lees for about 1 year.

Guímaro old vines is bright yellow.
On nose fruity and floral aromas with memories of its ageing in Lees. Mineral notes.
The palate is sweet, floral, fresh and complex, with a marked acidity.
