Description

Just as gin was rested in casks rather than bottles in London's ornate Gin Palaces during the 19th century, Hayman's rests in old Scotch whisky barrels for just three weeks. Such brief contact with wood really elevates the botanical flavors and enhances the peppery spice.

A wonderfully smooth, rounded and well-balanced gin, with hot and spicy notes from the dominant botanicals, juniper and coriander, adding to its flavorful individuality.

Appearance: Crystal clear.
Nose: Classic juniper aroma with spicy coriander and black pepper and subtle woody notes.
Mouth: Smooth mouthfeel with pleasantly warm peppery spice notes. Clean and long finish with bright citrus, coriander and a lingering spicy heat.
