Rosara Aubergine Hummus 125gr. It is a cream made with roasted aubergines, designed to be easily spread at room temperature or cold. Its creamy consistency highlights the delicious smoky flavour of the aubergine, harmoniously complemented with tahini (sesame paste), lemon juice and various spices.

It is suggested to be enjoyed cold or at room temperature, applied directly on Lebanese bread, toasted bread, pita bread, steamed or grilled vegetable sticks (such as carrot, courgette, among others), corn triangles, potato chips, among others. You can also pour the contents into a plate or bowl, adding a finishing touch with a drizzle of olive oil, sweet paprika, chopped fresh coriander, or other ingredients to taste.
