Perfect Serve

June & Tonic: fill a tall glass with ice, pour 6 cl of June Pera and add your favorite tonic. Garnish with a delicate freshly cut pear carpaccio.
June Mule: fill a tall glass with ice, pour 5 cl of June Pera and add Ginger Beer and two dashes of Orange Bitter. Garnish with a lime wedge.
