Description

Pure malt Japanese whisky aged in oak casks and then finished in sherry casks. The nose expresses notes of ripe fruit and chocolate. The palate mimics the nose with additional hints of citrus and lemon. Sweetness and acidity are elegantly balanced. The light finish is a reminder of the pure Tottori spring water used during distillation.

COLOUR: amber with reddish suggestions.

NOSE: light sherry wine, young malt and freshly cut grass.

PALATE: lemongrass, fresh malt and toasted bread notes.

FINISH: lingering bittersweet finish.
