The twine in Rama 375ml is a chamomile considered a treasure, which is intended to pay homage to Sanlúcar.
The twine in Rama represents all the quality and expression of the best Soleras and, like the twine, the chamomile leader, comes entirely from UVA 100% Sanlúcar, mainly from the payment of Miraflores, one of the most emblematic of Sanlúcar.
Chamomile is extracted directly from the soles and is bottled without going through the processes of clarification and stabilization. It is only subjected to a slight filtering to avoid impurities, obtaining the purest version of the money.
Tasting note of the twine in Rama 375ml
The twine in Rama 375ml is a bright straw-yellow colour.
In the nose it is fresh, delicate, very saline and with floral notes (citrus).
In mouth it is soft input, has a path of light structure, fine minerality and rich persistence
