Description
The orchestra is a white wine of the Castilla y León V.T. elaborated by Soto and Manrique Viña y olivo. It elaborates vineyards planted 25 years ago in very sandy and limestone soils surrounded by pine forests at 850 meters of altitude.
Ageing with its lees in jars of clay of 750 liters for 10 months.
2014 Orchestra Tasting Note
The orchestra is a bright straw-yellow colour, clean with greenish reflections.
Elegant Aroma, complex, notes features varieties of fennel, low mountain, along with memories of nuts, apricot, grapefruit and touches of wax and honey.
Very good structure in the mouth, dense, unctuous and creamy, compensated with a very good acidity, elegant, very nice and persistent.
