Description
LAFOU THE SENDER
70% red Garnacha, 20% syrah, 10% morenillo
Vinification plot by plot. After a manual harvest, upon entering the winery, the grapes are cooled to 5ºC and then placed in stainless steel tanks with an aerial piegeage system.
