Description
Lalama 2016 red wine is a wine belonging to the Ribeira Sacra denomination of origin and is made with mencía, brancellao and garnacha tintorera grapes from various vineyards whose age is between 15 and 100 years old, planted in soils of varied composition: slate, clay or granite, at altitudes of 300 to 700 m.
NOTE: It is recommended to decant. Because it has been bottled unfiltered, it may have solid residues.
Aging:
Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged on lees for 16 months in French oak barrels, for 4 months in foudres and, subsequently, for 18 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES OF LALAMA 2016
Cherry red color. Intense aroma with fruity deployment, being the red fruit the protagonist. In the mouth it is structured and rich in acidity.
