Description

The white wine of the bodega Dominio do Bibei and appellation of Origin Ribeira Sacra is a magnificent white wine with a very meticulous ageing process with Godello (70%) and Doña Blanca (30%) of strains between 25 and 80 years.

Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels of 1, 2 and 3 years. Ageing in the same casks for 11 months on Lees. 15% is made in concrete tanks. It does not perform malolactic fermentation. It rests 18 months in bottle without being filtered.
