Panettone Classico Artisanal d. 1476 is a traditional Christmas sweet, with a yellow, soft, honeycombed dough, the result of 72 hours of patient artisan production. Its dough is rich in juicy Sicilian candied oranges and naturally intense-smelling Diamante citron, sweet sultanas and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar.

Panettone Classico Artisan is naturally leavened from sourdough and the basic ingredients are all fresh: eggs from free-range hens in Italy, milk, cream and mountain butter.
