A 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin from our own Carrasco breed pigs, selected over the years from different strains of Iberian pigs, to create a unique and improved breed of strong and healthy animals.
These pigs are raised with care in their own farms, which are covered with oak trees in Extremadura, and whose main food is acorns, which give them their juiciness and characteristic flavor.
After six months of curing in the dryers of Guijuelo, Salamanca, with the air of the mountains of Gredos and Béjar in the background, we can now enjoy the Iberian loin Carrasco, one of the noblest pieces of Iberian pork.
