Louis Roederer Carte Blanche (Semi) is a Champagne composed of approximately 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, with 5% Vinificados wines in oak. Three years of ripening in Cavas and a rest of at least 6 months after the disgorging.
