Description

Macán Gold   is a red wine of the Rioja D.O.C. elaborated  by Bodegas Benjamin Rothschild - Vega Sicilia. It is made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsiera and Labastida, with over 30 years of age.

It has an ageing of approximately 14 months in French oak barrels of fine and superfine grain (70% new and 30% with a wine) and then a bottle ageing of 2 years.

. It is a wine of yesterday and today that respects the most authentic style of a prestigious land. A wine that seeks harmony through the expression of its roots. The character of his crib gives him a special elegance, a persistent footprint, enveloping him in an unforgettable balance of sensibility and expressiveness.

Macán Gold Tasting Note

Macán Gold is firm and powerful in its attack, has a step by mouth where the presence tannic is present without being dominant. If we were to qualify this vintage we would talk about sobriety and seriousness. End of long mouth.
