Description
The wine Manzanilla Papirusa is elaborated in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Extraordinarily dry and light. Sharp and fresh to the palate, with refreshing acidity. 92 Parker points. The highest score ever awarded to a chamomile.
Serve slightly fresh. It is the wine of aperitif par excellence, and combines perfectly on the table with shellfish, oysters, fried fish and prepared dishes of white fish.
Papirusa Chamomile Tasting Note
Papirusa chamomile is pale straw colour, this fine chamomile reflects the sea breeze in its aroma. Completely dry, light and fresh, sharp and clean on the palate. Delicate, with a refreshing acidity.
