Description

This rosé with bubbles, first sparkling rosé under the denomination of Origin Alicante, comes from the grape variety more typical of the Spanish southeast, the Monastrell. Elaborated using the Charmat method, after a slight cold maceration, we obtain a fresh, youthful and cheerful wine, which preserves all the aromas of the variety. With a thin, elegant and persistent bubble, fruit of the naturality of the carbon dioxide and the excellent integration of this one.

Pink Sparkling Marine Tasting note

Colour: Highlights its pink foam on a raspberry-coloured background.

Aroma: Highlights its freshness with fruity touches of cherry, rose petals and red berries. Very expressive.

Mouth: It feels the sparkling bubble that balances the sweetness of the grape of the winemaking with a taste of candied fruit, fatty and mineral.
