Description
Marqués de Irún Verdejo is a very unique and pleasant white wheeled wine.
After a cold maceration at 8 º C with the stemmed grape, the fermentation begins, getting not to exceed 18 º C. In order to obtain a wine with the best aromatic quality, its fermentation has been controlled and slow.
The work with its lees, offer to this wine the balance in mouth as a consequence of the unctuosity contributed.
